Pre-inspection
Every fiber type, every stain class, evaluated before water touches the carpet. We identify the carpet construction (cut pile, looped, Berber, wool, synthetic) and pre-treat any stains the right way.

Hot-water extraction with the Rotovac
Truck-mounted hot-water extraction is the cleaning method your carpet manufacturer recommends. We use the Rotovac counter-rotating power-head — it scrubs the carpet from every angle, not just one direction.

Low-residue rinse
A neutral-pH rinse removes any remaining cleaning solution. No sticky residue, no soap film. Carpet dries in hours, not days, and stays cleaner longer.

Groom + finish
We groom the carpet pile in the same direction so it dries evenly and looks consistent. Furniture is replaced on protective tabs so finish stains can’t transfer.
